Caricature drawings of the employees of an entire department at Genentech, a biotechnology corporation in South San Francisco, California. Digital illustrations were made of each employee in photoshop using brushes that mimic traditional fine art materials such as brush pens and watercolors. Drawings were made from a photo using a realistic style for the facial features and the shoulders are much smaller than reality giving a cartoony, fun quality to the overall image making it a caricature. The artwork was paired with words of appreciation and then printed and framed as a gift.
